By putting my signature on the sign-in form for the rally I agree with the below listed disclaimer with regard to the Committee of the Dutch Ariel Club, organisers and staff at the Annual Rally, and I declare to have read and understood the disclaimer below.
As a participant in the Annual Rally, associated optional activities and tours, I declare that I am aware of the fact that participation for me as well as for third parties, means certain risks of personal injury and/or damage to motorcycles and other belongings and consequential damages. I accept these are explicitly my own responsibility.
The Committee of the Dutch Ariel Club, organisers and staff at the annual do not accept any liability for damages that the participant sustained in connection with that event, or is caused by his/her acts or inactivity to third parties.
The participant declares that he/her shall not hold the Committee of the Dutch Ariel Club, organisers and staff liable for any damage suffered by him/her.
The motorcycle that is used during the Annual Rally is in good condition and is insured for third party liability as a minimum. If the participant is not the owner of the motorcycle, the owner has granted permission for the use of the motorcycle. Also the participant if he/she does not itself control the motorcycle, declares that all risks caused by any other driver are accepted as his/hers. The following of instructions by non authorised personnel during the rally (or run) is carried out on a voluntary basis.
Dog owners declare to have their dog insured for third party liability.
